Pamela Kilbourn is managing director, responsible for developing and producing public finance conferences programs, drawing from all sectors of the municipal bond market. In addition, Ms. Kilbourn manages the design and production of conference brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Prior to joining Smith’s Research & Gradings in 1997, Ms. Kilbourn was a product manager in the Medical Division of Beiersdorf, Inc., where she managed a multi-million dollar line of adhesive bandages and dressings for general medical, surgical and athletic use.
Ms. Kilbourn received an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and a B.A. from Colgate University in both English Literature and French Literature.
